"My mother goes to Shippee for her glasses, but due to the flooding they are closed until further notice. So I brought my mother's to Berlin Optical and asked if they could help after she had accidentally stepped on them. Berlin Optical promptly readjusted her glasses and replaced the nose pads free of charge. The young man said several people who were unable to go to their usual optometrist had already been in with similar issues recently. This has been a great example of helping people in the community out, and my mother is very happy."​​​​​​​

"Very friendly and efficient. I broken my glasses on a Friday. By Monday they had my new lenses in. I wend up and waited in my car(during Covid). They came out with glasses a variety of glasses similar in style to my old pair and once I chose within 20 minutes I had my new glasses. They were also very reasonably priced. Have been a customer for years and will continue to go back."​​​​​​​
